Strategic plan

The Association has developed a strategic plan to guide its activities over the next 5 to 10 years.  It’s intention is to enable the truffle industry to move from a domestic to an export led industry.

The five areas for action are:

  • Production and quality
  • Sales and marketing
  • Financial sustainability
  • Internal resources, systems and processes
  • Membership
