Rules of the Association
The NZ Truffle Association is an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. The constitution sets out the rules and governance systems of the Association. It was last updated in 2021.

AGM Minutes and Annual accounts
Each year the Association holds it’s AGM alongside its annual conference. Annual accounts for the Association are presented for review. Copies of the annual accounts are available in the Members Area or on the Incorporated Societies register.
Privacy Policy
To meet our obligations under the Privacy Act, the Association sets out how it will deal with the personal information we hold about our members.
Strategic plan
The Association has developed a strategic plan to guide its activities over the next 5 to 10 years. It’s intention is to enable the truffle industry to move from a domestic to an export led industry.
The five areas for action are:
- Production and quality
- Sales and marketing
- Financial sustainability
- Internal resources, systems and processes
- Membership
