Visit some of New Zealand’s top restaurants, hotels and lodges

Truffles are seasonal produce – the typical months fresh truffles are available from growers are as follows:

  • Perigord black truffle – June to August
  • Bianchetto truffle – May to September
  • Burgundy truffle – January to April
  • Winter black truffle – June to August

Weather conditions can bring early or late seasons, and affect truffle availability.
