Supporting a collaborative, successful and vibrant truffle (& edible ectomycorrhizal fungi) industry in New Zealand
Our vision is that New Zealand is world famous for producing superb fresh truffles, whose excellent flavour and high quality makes them highly-sought after in local and export markets.
We do this through publishing regular newsletters, highlighting the
latest overseas research, funding New Zealand research, helping growers to share their experience and knowledge, holding regional and national gathering and conferences, advocating for the ectomycorrhizal fungi industry, and disseminating relevant information to our members.
