Supporting Your Association – Together

The New Zealand Truffle Association is led by a dedicated Executive Committee made up entirely of volunteers. Alongside running our own businesses and orchards, we commit our time to supporting the growth, credibility, and long-term success of the truffle industry in New Zealand.

Over the past year, we’ve taken significant steps forward — from implementing a new membership platform to progressing our strategic plan — all with the goal of creating a stronger, more connected industry for everyone.

But to keep that momentum going, we need a bit of help.

We’re looking for members who are willing to contribute their skills and time in a few key areas. These roles don’t need to be overwhelming — even small contributions can make a meaningful difference.

Where We Need YOUR professional Support and Skills!

Events Officer
Help coordinate and set up events through the website, including regional group gatherings, online Zoom meetings, and industry activities. This role supports keeping members connected and engaged throughout the year.

Website Content Support
Assist with keeping the website current and relevant. This may include transferring existing information to the new platform, uploading member photos, refreshing pages, and posting news updates.

Communications Officer
Support the Association’s communications by managing social media (particularly Instagram), preparing quarterly newsletters, and working alongside a media company during a transition period.

A Collective Effort

This is your Association, and its strength comes directly from the people within it. Whether you can contribute regularly or just lend a hand when needed, your involvement helps build a more resilient and professional industry for all.
