Canterbury Regional Meeting

With the truffle season being a mixed bag of production, its a great time to catch up and have a chat about how things are going.

We are going to Wayne's place on Saturday for a truffle hunt and discussion. All going to plan, Wayne will run his dog through with the hope that he will find some truffles. 

There will be plenty of time to talk about everything and in particular look at a working truffiere.
