Book your flights and Accommodation – Come and be part of the NZ Truffle Association conference experience for 2024!

To help with your travel arrangements:

  • Friday workshops start at 11am (registration from 10.30am),
  • Saturday kicks off at 9am, registration at 08:45
  • Sunday finishes at 12pm (with an optional lunch afterwards)

The conference schedule is:

Friday’s three workshops (first one at 11:00):

  • Starting a truffière, and much more…
  • Scent Work 101 and Training your own dog
  • Truffière Best Practice at an Industrial Level

Friday evening, the Executive Committee will be in the bar for an hour after the third workshop.  This is a cash bar at the Heritage Hotel.

Saturdays conference with:

  • two international speakers,
  • several national speakers, panel groups and so much more…

Saturday Night Dinner and Networking, with Ian Hall as a guest speaker

Sunday

  • visit to Black Quail Estate‘s truffière which is in the heart of Central Otago’s truffle and wine region, light snack provided for morning tea, and lunch provided
