- Friday workshops start at 11am (registration from 10.30am),
- Saturday kicks off at 9am, registration at 08:45
- Sunday finishes at 12pm (with an optional lunch afterwards)

Friday’s three workshops (first one at 11:00):

- Truffière Best Practice at an Industrial Level
Friday evening, the Executive Committee will be in the bar for an hour after the third workshop. This is a cash bar at the Heritage Hotel.
Saturdays conference with:

- several national speakers, panel groups and so much more…
Saturday Night Dinner and Networking, with Ian Hall as a guest speaker
Sunday
- visit to Black Quail Estate‘s truffière which is in the heart of Central Otago’s truffle and wine region, light snack provided for morning tea, and lunch provided
